That’s right! 4 more days until Vlad and I tie the knot…finally!!! I am so nervous that something is going to go wrong or something. I am pretty much done all the planning and have paid everyone but the limo company the remainder of their balances. I have had my final fitting, and I must say, that my dress looks awesome and fits awesome. I have given all of the menus, place cards, table numbers, etc to the decorator, so I don’t have to worry about that. I still have to drop off the flower girl basket at the florist, but that is basically it.
I am working today, tomorrow and Thursday, but in hind sight, I should have taken this entire week off because I am pretty much useless here at work. I can’t think about anything but the wedding.
I am so stressed about the pictures. We had planned to take pictures in the gardens of Willistead Manor, however, with the city workers on strike, the lawn and garden have not been tended to for 2 months. Needless to say, it is not looking so pretty over there. Oh well. What can I do? Every park in the city is in that condition.
On Friday I have appointments to get my nails done. Then everyone is meeting at our house for a dry run of the wedding. We are then going for the rehearsal dinner.
I am really excited that finally after 8 years of being together, that we are finally going to be husband and wife. So excited. In just 4 short days the focus of this blog will change. It will go from focusing on the preparation for marriage, to the journey of trying to conceive our first child. I am so excited!! May God allow us to get pregnant easily. I don’t know if I will post again until after the wedding, but I can’t wait to share some pictures.
