Well I obviously failed at the nablopomo. I was doing so well, until I got really busy and really tired, and could not be bothered updating anymore. Plus, I really did not have anything to write about.
On November 19th, I started doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I must say, I am really enjoying it. Right now, because I am just starting, I am only going 2 days a week to the beginner’s class, but once I get my first stripe, I should be able to start going to the advanced classes. That means that Vlad and I could theoretically train 4 days a week. We will see.

I went to my first class. It was fun. I hardly survived the warm-up. I am too sore to type tonight. Will update more tomorrow.

This blogging everyday thing is really harder than I thought it would be. I think it may be because I leave it until too late at night. Then I am really tired, and don’t feel like writing anything. I have another busy weekend ahead of me. Tomorrow, I am going out to dinner with my friends for my birthday that was last week. On Saturday, I am having people over to watch UFC. On Sunday, Vlad and I are going to my Mom’s for dinner to celebrate my birthday.
I have made the decision that I am going to start training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as well. I have been wanting to join for a long time, but was too scared and embarassed to do it. But I am swallowing my pride, and I am going to start going, even though I am the most unathletic, uncoordinated person on earth. I hope I am not so bad, that I am unable to learn. I really want to do this, and I hope that I can be good. I am really going to try.
Last weekend when I went to Hamilton, I met my best friend Tansy’s boyfriend Tim for the first time. He was great. Vlad and I really liked him.

We just got home from the Jiu-Jitsu tournament in Hamilton. Vlad was eliminated in the first round, and he is so sad. Poor guy. He was submitted by arm bar about 4 minutes into the match. This was his first tournament, and he only started Jiu-Jitsu last spring. I thought he did well.
I am sooo exhausted. I am going to bed right now.

We are in Hamilton right now for Vlad’s tournament. I hope he does well tomorrow. Anyway, not on my computer, so I have to go. Will update tomorrow when we get home.
